Diet food for all. That's a great idea! Start by registering your business with RoC. You have the following entity options: Sole proprietorship, OPC, Private Limited Company, Partnership, LLP. Post registration, you will need Accounting and Tax Registration. Next, comes procuring licenses for your food product. Any food product whether it is processed or not requires being identified by FSSAI Licnes, which is mandatory. In case you get raw materials delivered by a vendor, you will require Vendor Agreement and Trade License. And, If you are raising funds, Funding Compliance should be executed.
