You have to select minimum seven (07) and Maximum Eleven (11) Members.

Decide Minimum Three Names of Society. Decide Object of the Society.

Bring All Members Aadhar Card and Voter Id Card Pan card.

All Members 2 Passport Size Photos.

Select three posts of Members i.e. President, Secretary, Treasurer, and

Others are Member Post.

Bring President Light bill for Address Purpose.

N.O.C If Light bill is other person name.

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW REGISTRATION OF PUBLIC TRUST ACT, 1950
(DURATION 2 MONTH)

You can select minimum three (03) and Maximum Seven (07) Members.

Decide Minimum Three Names of Trust.

Decide Object of the Trust.

Bring All Members Aadhar Card and Voter ID card / Pan Card.

All Members 2 Passport Size Photos.

One Member is Settlor and other members are Trustees.

Bring Settlor Light bill for Address Purpose.

N.O.C letter or Affidavit If Light bill is other person name and Pan Card Copy.

REQUIREMENTS FOR (12A) REGISTRATION 
12A Registration means Income of the society shall not be taxable
(DURATION 6 MONTH)

Copy of Latest Electricity Bill /Telephone Bill/ Tax Receipt /Water Bill.
Trust Deed / Memorandum of Association.

Registration Certificate.

Last 3 Years welfare and other activities proof in case of old trust.

Last 3 Years Audit Report with Acknowledgement Receipt in case of old trust.

Last 3 Years Statement of Accounts in case of old trust.

Trust Pan Card.

Donors Pan Card Copy if available.

Notes on Activities for Last 3 years.

Last 3 Years Books of Accounts.
